The Condicion of this obligation is such y if the above bounden Prudence
Floyer a daughter of Elizabeth Floyer late of Hints in the County of Stafford widow decd. to whom the Adion of all & Singular ye Goods Rights & Creditts of
the sayd decd is by the above named Robert Harsnett wth her last will & Testament and Codicil
annexed comitted & granted, doe and shall well & faithfully Admsd
according to the tenor effect and true intent of the sadi last will and Testament, and Codicil
the said deceased
And make yield up & exhibit unto ye said Robert Harsnett
or any other Competent Judge in this behalfe authorized a true
and efect Invenry Accompt Paym: and delivery of all and
Singular such Goods & Chells of the said decd shee
the said Administrix shall have Receive Admind or may Lawfully
come by, by vertue of the sd Lts of Adion, to be divide
ordered and Adminsd as by the sd Robert Harsnett
or any other Competent Judge in that behalfe shall be appointed
wth delivery also of the said Lts of Adion ready to be
cancelled or otherwyse ordered as to ye said Robert Harsnett
or any other Comptent Judge in this behalfe
authorized shall seem to stand with Equity and justice
& Lastly doe and shall upon her owne pper Costs and Chardges
save defend & keep harmeless ye said Robert Harsnett
& all other Officers and Ministers in this behalfe Authorized
for committing and granting the said Lls of Adion& then ye
Bond to bee voyd or else to stand in full force and vertue
