The Condicion of this obligation is such that if the above bounden Prudence Floyer a
daughter of Richard Floyer late of Hints in the County of Stafford Esq decd. to whom
the Adion of all & Singular the Goods Rights & Creditts of the sd decd not Adminsd
by Elizabeth Floyer Relict of the sd decd and Sole Exetix of his Last Will &
Testament (with his sd Last Will & testament thereto Annexed) is by the above
named Robert Harsnett Committed & Granted doe and shall well and truly Admind
the sd Goods and Chells according to the decds effects & true intent of the sd Will and testament and make yield up & exhibit unto the sd Robert Harsnett
or any other Competent Judge in this behalfe authorized a true and efect
inventory Accompt Payment & Delivery of all & Singular such Goods & Chells of
the sd decd as she the sd Admintix shall have Receive Admind or may Lawfully
come by, by vertue of the sd Lts of Adion, to be divided ordered and Adminsd
as by the sd Robt Harsnett or any other Competent Judge in that behalfe
shall be appointed with delivery also of the sd Lts of Adion ready to be
cancelled or otherwise ordered as to the sd Robt Harsnett or any other Compt
Judge in this behalfe authorized shall seem to stand with equity and Justice
and Lastly doe and shall upon her owne pper Costs and Charges save defend &
keep harmeless the sd Robt Harsnett and all other officers and ministers
this behalfe Authorized for Committing and Granting the sd Lls of Adion
Then this Bond to be void or else to stand in full force and vertue
