Possible interpretation:
Let administration of the goods of Richard Floyer written overleaf not limited by Elizabeth Floyer, also deceased, relict and only executor(?) of the will of the said deceased above (to) Prudence Floyer natural and legitimate daughter of the said Richard to render the same in the sense of the said will, the said Prudence of the city of Lichfield in the same County spinster and Thomas Briggs of the same city and county yeoman are bounden.
The said Prudence was sworn before me
by law before the next feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
