The will of Elizabeth Floyer

In the Name of God Amen. The fifth day of January in the
one & thirtieth year of ye Raigne of or Soveraigne Lord Charles
the second by the Grace of God of England Scotland France
and Ireland Kinge Defender of ye faith et: And Dom. 1679
I Elizabeth Floyer of Hints in ye County of Staffs, widow
being of perfect memory praised be God doe make & ordaine
this my last will and Testament in manner & form following
Imp. I give and bequeath to my daughter True that 50 li which
is in her brother Samuels hands provided she fullfill
& make Good that Ingagement she hath made to her Father
And that she shall not Remove the said 50 li out of her
Brother Samuels hands nor 200 li out out of her Brother
Peters hands they paying to her due Interest for the same
except she marry; Item I give and bequeath all ye rest
of my dear husbands personal Estate to my Daughter
Prudence; after my deare husbands will is proved
and the debts & Legacies therein paid
 
Lastly I make my sonne John Floyer Executor
of thismy last will & Testament
