Hints as it used to be
	Phil Rayner, who lives in Australia, found the Hints-Village web site and kindly sent these photographs and notes. Thank you Phil. "My wife has been searching and found a couple of old postcards of Hints. Copies attached. One had a note endorsed- "Church where Edward Tomson Mobsby was christened." The Church is mentioned in the Doomsday Book -the area was all battlefield in the time of the War of the Roses" The other:- "House where Edward Tompson Mobsby was born on 12/10/1910, faces on to Watling (?)
