County questions & background: Paper prepared by the County Council’s Economic Planning Unit for CCs who requested a short summary document prior to submitting responses to the HS2 consultation. I have to say it is an extraordinarily compelling document and thought it might be useful for people who are yet to submit prior to the HS2 consultation closing in just over a week. I’m utterly bewildered how this project could even be considered!Opinions or Facts?
